Since opening in 2018, Hillsburgh Chiropractic, Physiotherapy and Massage Therapy has attracted a diverse range of patients and staff. Our Team

Dr. Natasha Speedie

Dr. Natasha Speedie

B.Sc.(Hons.), D.C., A.R.T., C.M.A.G.

Low Back Advanced Practice Clinician, Chiropractor, Clinical Acupuncture Provider, Kinesiotape Practitioner, Active Release Technique® Practitioner, Custom Orthotics, Compression Hosiery, and Bracing Provider. Dr. Speedie is a friendly, evidence based, active rehab chiropractor, diagnosing and treating conditions that affect the neuromusculoskeletal system, which includes problems in the spine, pelvis, upper, and lower extremities. She tailors her chiropractic treatments to fit each patient’s needs using methods such as chiropractic adjustments, functional assessments and treatments, acupuncture, kinesiotape, Active Release Technique® and rehabilitation. Dr. Speedie is also certified to provide custom fit orthotics and compression stockings. Dr. Speedie graduated from the University of Toronto in 2007 where she received an Honours Bachelor of Science degree with distinction, and published her undergraduate research thesis in the Journal of Behavioural Brain Research. She continued her education at the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College (CMCC), graduating in 2011 as a Doctor of Chiropractic and received an award for providing excellent patient rehabilitative care. Dr. Speedie has represented her profession at a national level while working for the Canadian Chiropractic Association. Dr. Speedie furthered her education by attending additional training seminars and is a certified practitioner of Contemporary Medical Acupuncture and Active Release Technique® (ART). She is a Low Back Advanced Practice Clinician with Trillium Health Partners, and also works for Oakville Trafalgar Memorial Hospital.

Laurel Norrish

Laurel Norrish

Registered Massage Therapist (RMT)

Laurel graduated from York University with an Honors degree in Kinesiology and Health science in 2004. While working as a Kinesiologist she chose to further her clinical education; graduating with honors from the Registered Massage Therapy program from Elmcrest College in 2007. Laurel is a member in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario. Laurel has worked in a variety of settings and clinics across the globe. She spent a year working as an RMT onboard Silver Sea’s silver cloud cruise ship. There she trained in reflexology, aromatherapy, Indian head massage, cupping, reiki and hot stone massage. Laurel then had the opportunity to work in a multidisciplinary clinic in Brisbane Australia with a team of physiotherapist’s, chiropractors and osteopaths. She furthered her training abroad with courses in facial adhesions/restrictions, pelvic floor muscular dysfunction, pregnancy massage, post-partum massage and infant massage. When returning to Canada, Laurel continued to work in a multidisciplinary clinic setting alongside a large team of physiotherapists. There, she specialized in both acute and chronic orthopedic injuries, post operative care, sport and athletic care, MVA, concussion and vestibular care, pelvic floor muscular dysfunction, pregnancy, post-partum, cancer post-operative manual lymph drainage for breast cancer and prostate cancer, muscular tension, from daily life and of course relaxation massage for stress reduction. Laurel also spent 4 years teaching massage therapy students at Bryan College at their outreach placements in hospice/palliative care, women’s trauma residences and marathon races throughout the GTA. Laurel is committed to understanding her clients’ individual therapeutic needs. Laurel has a broad range of experience that she uses to personalize each treatment for her client’s individual needs and expectations.
